Happy Chinese New Year! May the Year of the Rat bring good fortune. More dough less work, more eating less fat, etcetera. We were invited to the Tings for our annual Nien Yeh Fan (New Year's Eve dinner) and WHAT A FEAST! Chloe's favorite was the traditional poached chicken and Ines loved the braised pork shoulder. Actually- the most popular item for all the kids- Andrew, Chloe, Elizabeth, Ines and Catherine, were the pepperidged farm cookies afterwards. The kids were dressed to the nines and we all had a great time.
