Calling ski bunnies! We went to Belleayre Mountain in the Catskills over Midwinter Break with the Niehauses, and what surprises await! First, we got 12 inches of snow over 2 days. Second, Chloe wowed us by her ski abilities. She took a lesson with pal Sawyer the first day, and on the second, went down the bunny slope with Daddy 5 times! Meanwhile, Ines and Lukey punched each other out at the ski lodge. Many yummy pancakes were eaten (yum Sweet Sue's), recipes tested chez Alto and chez Niehauses, and countless snow angels were made. Oh what fun!
